Who I Am
David Reach, MAI has 40 years of commercial real estate appraisal and consulting experience. He began his career with American Appraisal Associates working in the Milwaukee corporate headquarters where he was cross trained in real estate, business enterprise, industrial properties and equipment, and architectural appraisals. Mr. Reach advanced quickly within the company, managing portfolio appraisals of office parks, apartments, hotels & motels, restaurants, retail, and industrial properties.
Subsequently, Mr. Reach has performed thousands of appraisals on behalf of property owners, banks, insurance companies, corporations, investors, and government entities.
Mr. Reach has testified as an expert witness in Federal, State, and County courts and for other hearings on such issues as environmental impacts on property, eminent domain proceedings, ad valorem tax appeals, partnership disputes, and other legal disputes. He has also participated in a Three Appraiser Panel for binding arbitration proceedings.
